Accounts and their associated data that have not been accessed — meaning no login has occurred — for 24 consecutive months may be deleted. Before any such deletion, we will send advance notice by email and/or in-app message and provide an opportunity to log in and export your data. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time. Once data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Children's Privacy

The Service is designed for use by adult board members and volunteers, who enter the organization's data. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may request to access, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, reach out to us through our contact form, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy
